X-Adventure entry fees and inclusions

The following entry fees and information relates to the 2017 X-Adventure Dunsborough event.

Long Course X-Adventure

Field limit of 1,000 individual entries and 1,000 teams.

Entry fees are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Online entries close 8:00am AEDT Wednesday 22 March 2017. Entries will be available on the day unless the field limit has already been reached.

*Team entries please note: All team members must register all their details, including t-shirt size, in order to receive a t-shirt - if only 2 team mates have registered before 28th February then only those 2 people will receive shirts).

Groms' X-Adventure

 Competitors must be under 9 on the day of the race to enter this event.

Change my entry details

All changes must be communicated in writing via email prior to 08:00 AEDT Wednesday 22 March 2017.
Please contact info@rapidascent.com.au if you would like to change your registration.

Refund policy

  • If a competitor withdraws prior to 8:00am AEDT, Friday 3 March 2017 they have the option of a credit or refund:

CREDIT: Credit towards a subsequent event less a 15% administration fee of the cash refund offered - see below. Any payment for Personal Accident Insurance or SMS results service will be refunded in full.

REFUND:  Refund can be offered less an administration fee of 20% of the entry fee paid with a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $50. Any payment for Personal Accident Insurance or SMS results service will be refunded in full.

  • If a competitor withdraws after 8:00am AEDT, Friday 3 March 2017, no refund or credit will be issued.
  • In the event that the race is cancelled due to extreme climatic conditions, no refund will be given, however every effort will be made to conduct a modified event in a safe environment.

Other notes

  • Individual entries are NOT transferrable. In the case of team entries, at least one team member must remain the same as when initially entered.
  • Please contact info@rapidascent.com.au to make changes to your team composition. Ater 8:00am Monday 20 March 2017 a 20% administration fee will apply and there are no guarantees that the correct names will be included in the program or results. 
  • Changes that affect categories or entry fee pricing MUST be communicated to Rapid Ascent, failure to abide may result in disqualification.
  • Changes to a team which result in an increase in entry fee will require the difference to be paid. No refunds will be given for changes made to entries where a lower entry fee would have applied.
  • Payment for online entries is via 128-bit encrypted credit card transaction.
