We Need You!

In order for our events to run smoothly, we need the support of volunteers. We are always looking for enthusiastic people to join our volunteer team at each event location, so sign up as a volunteer today.

Who are our volunteers?

They are people from all backgrounds who enjoy being part of great sporting events. Many of our volunteers are friends or family members of competitors and want to get involved and share the race-day experience, or they might belong to a local sporting club or community group.

What kind of commitment is involved?

Most of our races are one or two day events, held on weekends. Any time you can provide is greatly appreciated, whether it is two hours or two whole days.

We provide formal volunteer briefings before each event to explain each volunteer's role.

The roles vary, and may include helping with registration, manning transition areas, manning check points or timing points, and marshalling. We will allocate your role according to your experience, interest area and availability.

What can I expect in return for my time?

In return for your time and hard work, we give all volunteers a thank you pack which includes an event t-shirt and, where possible, promotional goodies from sponsors.

We'll also provide snacks and lunch on the day and allocate each volunteer a job description, team leader and any equipment needed for your role. And… we guarantee you’ll have a great day!
