Things to do at Mt Buller
Aside from these special activities on race weekend Mt Buller and Mt Stirling in summer is full of cool things to do that don’t necessarily revolve around bikes, so make sure you bring your friends and family members as well so they can get into the variety of other activities on the mountain.
The centrally located Village Square will be the centre of the event with Sponsors’ Expo and event information set up during the event. The Square is a great place to hang out with a massive bronze statue of the Man from Snowy River riding his beast overlooking the scene, the iconic clock tower, park benches and paths all amidst an outcrop of Snow Gums right in the centre of it all.

Peachy Yoga will be offering 2 yoga classes over the weekend so riders and friends can stretch before your race, recover afterwards or for non-competitors who simply want to relax and enjoy yoga in the high country.

Cafes, Restaurants and Bars
The Central Ski Run of Bourke Street, right in the middle of the Village is quite aptly named as it is lined with several bars serving a drink or two at all times of the day, cafes providing coffee for the most discerning of addicts, a couple of shops ranging from fashion to the latest bikes and skis, the odd gallery, museum and more..
