A number of races start and finish in the middle of the bike expo, there is a bouncy castle for kids, live music and MC commentary and always plenty going on.
- Shimano will have a HUGE set up with a range of demo bikes usign their Step e-bike systems
- Adidas Eyewear
- Reckless Racing
- Fox suspension
- Red Bull
- Felt Bicycles
- DT Swiss
- Krush bike wash
- All Terrain Cycles
- Mt Buller
- + other sponsors still to be confirmed
On site bike shop and bike mechanic
All Terrain Cycles have permanent bike shops set up on Mt Buller but will also set up a store and mechanic in the Event Expo for easy access for all riders.
All Terrain Cycles also have a range of rental bikes available so if you break yours or if your friends / family want to join all the action then they can rent a great bike and get into some great riding.
Red Bull chill zone:
Red Bull will be have their Energy Station set up in Village Square all weekend with plenty of free cans of Red Bull, umbrellas, tables and some rocking beats from their incredible Event Vehicle.
Food, coffee and beverages
T's High Country Cafe will be open with their killer coffee's, fresh food and other consumables served with a smile all weekend.
Mt Buller’s modular toy will be freely open and accessible to all riders all weekend – THE PUMP TRACK. Located just above the village square (like 50m away) is a fantastic, purpose built pump track that can be ridden by anyone ranging from 3yr old kids through to pumping experts. And if you want a bit of fun, then enter the Flow Pump Track Pursuit on Saturday night.
There will be a wide range of live music and entertainment for all to enjoy at the Picnic in the Park festival at Mirimbah on Sunday between 11am and 4pm. The Red Bull Event Vehicle DJ truck will also be stationed in the Village Square for much of Saturday and Monday to belt out a few rocking tunes.
Clothing security and transfers
We are happy to look after a bag of clothing whilst you are out racing so you have some clean clothes to get changed into after each race. All clothing must be in a single bag with name, race number and telephone number clearly marked, and must be dropped off at the race registration marquee before your race and then collected afterwards.
Rather than run a mandatory pre event registration for all riders, we will post out information to riders before the event so you don't need to race up after work to get your number plate. All entries received prior to 8:00am Monday 29th February will be posted to competitors. Entries received after this date will be required to collect your race plate at registration.
Online entries close 8:00am Wednesday 7th March 2018. We will be accepting entries over the event weekend. (NOTE: there is a late fee applied - this does not apply to the Kids’ rides.)
There is a whole range of ‘other’ things happening on Mt Buller over the Festival weekend that do not necessarily include bikes! Read the Social Central webpage for a list of what you and your non-riding friends and family members can also enjoy.
A range of kids rides, races and activities are incorporated into the weekend to keep any youngster busy. Read the Social Central page for more details.
